Refund policy

At Renue By Science, we aim to deliver a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. To qualify for return, items must remain unopened, unused, and kept in the original sealed packaging with all labels intact. Opened products can only be considered if there is a verified packaging defect upon arrival.

How to start a return

Please send an email to our support mailbox with your order number and photos of the goods. Our team will review your request and issue a return authorization guideline within 2 business days. Do not send back items without prior approval; unsolicited returned packages cannot be processed.

Return shipping & refund rules

If the item delivered is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost. For voluntary returns due to personal preference, the customer takes responsibility for return shipping fees. Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on your bank processing schedule.

Non-returnable cases

We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of usage, missing original packaging, damaged caused by improper storage after delivery. Promotional free gifts must also be returned together if you apply for full order refund.
