Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Time

We provide standard shipping service. After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days. Delivery timeline is an estimate and cannot be fully guaranteed, which may be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs clearance.

Shipping Charges & Customs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Orders that meet our minimum purchase threshold can enjoy complimentary standard shipping. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by your local authority.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and attach clear photos of parcel and goods. We will evaluate and arrange solutions. If tracking shows the package lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to launch an investigation.
